ABOUT US

We help organizations establish right-sized programs that are focused on tangible results and empowers your business analysts & executives to successfully implement business process improvements.

In today’s competitive environment, it is critical for organizations to have a program in place for continuous process improvement. With the complexity of business operations and increasingly high customer expectations, the need for businesses & organizations to reduce waste, find opportunities for improvement, and drive competitive advantage is higher than ever. In structuring your approach, there are dozens of different improvement methodologies to choose from – a rigid and bureaucratic methodology isn't always necessary. Alternatively, we recommend incorporating elements from several different proven methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping and Organizational Change Management.

To increase the success of your Business Process Improvement program, focus on the right processes, specifically the processes that offer a competitive advantage and are your key differentiators.

Process Improvement is the proactive undertaking of identifying, analyzing, and improving upon existing business processes within an organization for enhancement and to fulfill new quotas or standards of quality. It means eliminating weak points or bottlenecks in business activities. By recognizing those weak points, you help your business reduce process completion time. Improve process efficiency and quality.

No matter how smoothly your business is operating, every business has the potential to do a little better. Or, in some cases, a lot better. We set up processes in business to keep things running, but inertia and old habits can keep us following those processes even when they’re not the most effective. Continual process improvement is a way to formalize efforts within your organization to root out inefficiencies and always strive to do better.

We also offer Lean Six Sigma training & certification.  A Six Sigma certification shows that a professional has expertise in problem solving tools and techniques. Six Sigma uses data-driven methods to limit defects and waste in any process, which can improve production speed and efficiency. Having a certification for this methodology lets employers know you're committed to improving your problem solving skills and applying them to help the company's bottom line. Although originally used in the manufacturing processes, many industries—including finance, healthcare, engineering and construction—use Six Sigma to improve their business processes.

ACCREDITATIONS
